Gu Yun Zheng, a young neurosurgeon, meets his student, Su Wei An, in Lakaya. She dropped out from MBBS and currently pursues business selling drugs. Dr Gu initially found Wei An weird and gradually realised she was a girl suffering from Huntington Disease. Both fall in love with each other, and together they tackle the problems and he tries to race against fate and time to save her from this disease. He tries to cure her with love and hence love is panacea.
